I charred my pork loin!!!!!

I forgot to move the rack down a notch and now I have blackened friggin crusty pork.

I will eat it though, as best I can, with my edamame and take delight in watching a documentary on the history of Anti-semitism in the Catholic church that also exposes the link of the military to the Christian right wing.
