I just got up after going knock out for a wonderfully undisturbed 8 hours. Nice.

Today I get to escort one of the most charming, witty, and cute girls that I have in my life to see Harry Potter. SO EXCITED. ::Bounce:::bounce:::bounce:::bounce:::

WS was lots of fun last night.  Got hit with sticks, got to try staples (yum), and lots of good chat.

Breakfast is calling.

Mmmm...today feels, to me, almost like a warm, , lazy, early autumn Sunday morning.  Both in how I feel mentally and the actual weather.  Sacking out on my sofa sounds perfect and I only wish there was football to look forward to at 1pm. Alas, no such luck.  Instead I can sack out and watch all the episodes of GH International I have on my DVR.

Of course that is after I hit the gym. Because I need that. BADLY.  I mean christ jesus, I had bacon with my eggs this morning!  And Mr. Heathen cooks breakfast so damn well with the eggs and toast IN the bacon grease.  Can I get another 'Mmmmmmm' from the congregation?

Last night was a nice surprise night. My Lady looks fucking hot as hell in latex and you couple that with a uniform motif (uniforms are a huge fetish of mine) and I was the boy who could spontaneously combust at any moment.  I mean, I think there was just open mouth staring with total flatline activity looking at her.

So right now I am writing out bills. Woot!  I am really tired of having to pay my student loans, LOL.  In another 2 years, after having been out of school for 10, I will be done.  Of course I may have to defer them for a little while depending on how the job stuff shakes out but damn, I am tired of sending Citibank cash each month.  This is what I get for my choice of school. SO worth it though.

Alright, let the days activities commence.  WS tonight.

This is TOTALLY my humor style...

In case you were wondering....

I am feeling surprisingly agreeable after having only gotten 4hrs of sleep.  I am wondering how I managed to pull off sleeping in 2hrs later but only getting to work an hour later than usual.  I guess since I didn't cook lunch or have coffee or anything of my morning routine that is remotely relaxing. BUM+ Karaoke= tired bear.  Had a great time, but tired bear!

New coffee shop opened downstairs.  WAY overpriced and the coffee isn't strong enough. Still, it is better than no coffee.

I am smoking way too much. And eating too much too. Gee whiz kids, I wonder where that is coming from...hmmmm..... I need to curb this.

Can it be 4pm yet?

In recap...

- missing our stock that went through the roof (for OUR stock, LOL, yesterday) when I need to dump my options soon.

+ my boss not deducting yesterdays day off from my vacation bank mercifully

+ Exercise to exercise demons

- Not doing shit but stare at spreadsheets and write recommendations for agents who were working in one city, different company and call center who want to move to the current in an entire other city. They are SO mobile and ready to move around out there.

+ Having exploring_alex to chat with on and off throughout the day to keep me sane from writing recommendations

+ Munch tonight.

- Traffic to munch tonight.

It's been an interesting afternoon. I had a meeting or two but mostly have just sat in my cube virtually immobile.

I went to the gym and that helped. I kicked my own ass, as much as I could in 25 minutes, to try and circumvent the impending feeling of wanting to throw myself a little pity party and the fact that I have been only following my plan about 40% of the time this last week and the other 60% of the time I have been doing whatever the fuck I've wanted in consumptive behavior.

Usually when I am working out, there is one song that will come on that for whatever reason, will help kick me in to overdrive. Today I have it below. It really IS a most excellent song in and of itself, you just need not listen to it through the ears of religion if the religion thing irritates you. Me, it doesn't bother me either way, I just think it is a great song. I think a lot of people are having their own personal floods these days.

Taking suggestions on where else I can post my resume and such.  People here and there have been giving me OH- you need to look here and post there, etc.  I obviously got the big, stupid ones out of the way with Monster and Careerbuilder, etc and a few others but...

What else is out there folks?  If you can hit me back with what YOU know, I will have a nice tidy little list on here I can go through and end up checking off.

For shits and giggles I wanted to put something up on "the ladders" but...well, no.

I posted on Monday about the wicked awesome ATT agent named Alma who helped me and how I chatted with her supe after.

Her supe sent me an "official" email detailing my kudo and it about my eyes bleed...

Example:

Said supe wanted to say- Your feedback for Alma will go a long way toward her.....

What said supe actually said: Your feedback for Alma will go along way toward her....

It was filled with shit like that.  Now, I know we all make typos like that when we are writing fast, etc.  But when you send out anything official or biz related. Please, GOD, know what you are saying...

Do I have to?

desk witch- Work
"Yes...you have to" the conscious said.

"But I don't WANNA go to work!" cried the bear, in despair, "I wanna sleep in and just sit around on the sofa all day and jerk around or off".

"It's good to want" said the conscious and then slammed the door laughing, all the way down the corridor...

That's pretty much how I feel. I slept alright. I kept waking up so that sucked but it beats a migraine by a mile.  I am just so wicked stressed out.  Some days worse than others, today very bad.

I have nothing else of remote interest or intelligence to say.

I just finished watching the latest episode of True Blood...YUM!  I love that show.  I still find it kind of hokie but so very well done at the same time.  I just want to wtf Maryann is, it is driving me batshit crazy.  And it is unfortunate because Jason is starting to look more and more like George Bush to me now that he is all clean cut but I can get past it.

The last of my novicane is wearing off so that's perfect timing as I am being picked up for dinner in about 30 minutes. Still quite sore.  I have to set up for some surgery in to my jaw in the coming weeks to prevent a probable abscess to be, not covered by insurance.  Luckily the timing for that is also perfect as my bonus for the first 1/2 of the year will be paid out so that will be a nice wash.

Can it be Friday yet?

Well, today will be a fun with a capital 'F' kind of day.  I get to go in to work, have a meeting or two, lollygag, and then...

I leave to get 4 cavities drilled out at 11am.  WooHOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Then, I have to come back for a staff meeting so I can give an update on my transition.  Maybe I can successfully drool on my boss.... I do plan on leaving after that though because, well, DAMN.

My phone is still driving me kind of bonkers.  I got my email loaded via their tool thingamablobber but it doesn't update my email in to my folders when new email comes in.  I can *see* the folders but I don't see any mail IN them but they are there because I can see the new mail on the blackberry and on the computer.  I am only getting email that comes in directly to my inbox that doesn't have a mail rule attached to it. So I am trying to just use the gmail site and it apparently finds that difficult too. I just...I hate technology!!!

And now, time to make breakfast!

God Bless Alma in CS/TS @ ATT...

For spending an hour on the phone with me and figuring out what the hell went wrong (because something DID go wonky and I am not a total retard).

I spent another 10 minutes talking to Alma's supe about how awesome Alma is and trading fucked up call center stories.

On an amusing note, when loading my gmail on to the phone, I misspelled my name as "Franie"...AGAIN.  Lots of you know that story.  I had to go back and edit it but the test email came through to said agent as that and I spit my water out my nose.

Richard Simmons- OMG
How much of a cluster f* the monster and career builder sites are.  Like, holy cow whoa.... I'm exhausted just updating everything you ever wanted to know about me professionally but were afraid to ask section after section... (salary range? Do you like kittens? Do you have a degree? How about Swedish meatballs? Well, they are delicious....)

Alright Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close up.  And to be an eccentric millionaire too, btw.

Presently, the RNBF and I are debating the seriousness of using rye bread as the default bread for food preparation in a sandwich shop.  His stance is that said sandwich shop can be likened to terrorists since white bread is not their standard default bread of choice and constitutes a consumer faux pax when ordering and expectations.  I contend he is a picky bastard.

Drumroll please....

Ah yes...Monday morning.

After a lovely home cooked meal over at the gf's house with exploring_alex, I played with my tarot cards last night and they felt pretty good in my hands.  Got some mixed responses to things and I am very out of practice but they seemed "happy" to see me.  I also had a really awful dream last night where I was blamed for the disappearance of someone's loved one (not sure how or why) and they made me dig my own grave in their back yard.  That was awesome.  There were aspects of it that was...well, let's just leave it that I am a sick fuck and the content of the dream could have merely been a vehicle to play in that realm.

I get to go see my mind bender this morning. Thank the gods- I haven't seen her since before I left for India.  I will have tons of goodness to yack up upon her.  It's always nice to have a neutral, 3rd party professional who can prescribe drugs to vomit on when times are difficult and offer perspective from someone who is not an insider to your life and times. And she rocks for having early morning hours to work with professionals.

Will hit the gym at lunch.

Let's see what this week brings. Let's see indeed.
